計畫團隊今日(2025年10月3日)於校內平沼講堂舉辦「2025 USR × SDGs 跨國成果分享」活動,以聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)結合教育部大學社會責任(USR)計畫,邀集國內外大專與高中團隊共同展現創意實踐成果,跨越國界交流永續行動策略,展現青年世代對永續發展的承諾與熱情 。
陳永森校長於開幕致詞時表示,永續發展不僅關乎在地,更超越國界。自2015年聯合國提出17項SDGs以來,經濟、社會與環境三大面向已成為全球共通語言。屏大積極響應教育部USR第四期方向,從在地關懷出發,推動跨域合作與國際連結,今日活動特別邀請日本信州大學與馬來西亞拉曼大學師生,與臺灣的高中、大學團隊共同交流,讓理念轉化為實際行動,凝聚多元文化智慧,回應地方需求並連結全球挑戰 。
The USR project team “Making a Difference” held the “2025 USR × SDGs Achievement Presentation & Networking Meeting” event today (October 3, 2025) at the PEN-TSAO Lecture Hall, National Pingtung University(NPTU). The event combined the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the Ministry of Education’s University Social Responsibility (USR) program, inviting university and high school teams from Taiwan and abroad to showcase their creative and practical achievements. Through cross-border exchanges of sustainable action strategies, the event demonstrated the younger generation’s commitment and passion for sustainable development.
In his opening remarks, President Chen Yung-Sen stated that sustainable development concerns not only local communities but also transcends national boundaries. Since the United Nations introduced the 17 SDGs in 2015, the three key dimensions—economic, social, and environmental—have become a universal language. NPTU actively responds to the Ministry of Education’s Phase IV USR initiative, promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration and international engagement rooted in local care. For this event, NPTU specially invited faculty and students from Shinshu University of Japan and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman of Malaysia (UTAR) to engage in exchanges with Taiwanese high school and university teams. Together, they transformed ideas into concrete actions, integrating multicultural wisdom to address local needs while connecting with global challenges.
本次成果分享共分為「跨國組」、「高中組」與「大學組」三大場次:
This event was divided into three main sessions: the “International Partners Group,” “High School Group,” and “University in Taiwan.”
跨國組:由日本信州大學與馬來西亞拉曼大學共六組隊伍發表,主題涵蓋核災復興、文化保存、跨文化社會實踐等面向。
International Partners Group: A total of six teams from Shinshu University and UTAR presented their projects, covering topics such as post-nuclear disaster recovery, cultural preservation, and cross-cultural social practice.
高中組:由台南慈濟高中與屏東特殊教育學校、潮州高中合作團隊參與,展現校園在地化實踐,如惜食行動與融合教育體驗。
High School Group: Collaborative teams from Tzu Chi High School Tainan, Pingtung Special Education School, and Chaozhou High School participated, showcasing localized campus initiatives such as food-saving actions and inclusive education experiences.
大學組:由屏東大學與台東大學共三組發表,內容涵蓋偏鄉教育、科技創新應用與社區共融方案。
University in Taiwan: Three teams from National Pingtung University and National Taitung University presented their projects, covering topics such as rural education, technological innovation, and community inclusion initiatives.
各組發表後均由國內大學專家學者進行評論,促進深度對話與跨世代學習,展現USR與SDGs結合的多元樣貌 。
After each presentation, experts and scholars from domestic universities provided commentary, fostering in-depth dialogue and intergenerational learning, and showcasing the diverse ways in which USR and the SDGs can be integrated.
本次活動呼應CRPD精神,長期關注身心障礙議題,並串連文化、教育、健康及社區共融等面向,透過跨國交流與世代對話,不僅讓大學生與高中生共同提出創新解方,更激發國際間的夥伴關係,實踐SDG 4(優質教育)、SDG 8(合適工作與經濟成長)、SDG 10(減少不平等)及SDG 17(夥伴關係)。
This event echoed the spirit of the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), maintaining a long-term focus on issues related to people with disabilities while connecting themes of culture, education, health, and community inclusion. Through international exchange and intergenerational dialogue, the event not only enabled university and high school students to propose innovative solutions together but also fostered global partnerships, advancing SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
今日的跨國成果分享不僅是一場學術交流,更是一場社會實踐的盛會。屏東大學期許藉由此平台,持續凝聚各方能量,推動永續教育向下扎根,並透過跨國合作深化臺灣在地的永續實踐,讓青年世代成為今日的改變者與明日的領袖。
Today’s event was not only an academic exchange but also a celebration of social engagement and practical action. National Pingtung University hopes to use this platform to continuously bring together diverse strengths, promote the deep-rooted development of sustainable education, and enhance Taiwan’s local sustainability practices through international collaboration—empowering the younger generation to become the changemakers of today and the leaders of tomorrow.
